John Ford Update May 13, 2012

I heard from John today and learned that he has been in touch with Joseph Mazzuchelli who is planning to accept the invitation from Rick Smith to be his radio program. Mazzuchelli is the character who was part of the frame up that ended up getting John arrested in 1995. Mazzuchelli claims that he will blow the lid off the case when he testifies as he plans to bring in Mossad agents to verify the story and to affirm John’s connection to the Mossad. Most all of this Mossad stuff was perpetrated by Mazzuchelli in the first place and he is a wild card in any legal case. Mossad agents to not testify in court cases of this nature so this is a very dubious claim. It is also possible that Mazzuchelli might change his tune if he were given the opportunity to testify. He was convicted for his role in the allegend attempt to poison John Powell and is rumored to have been paid off handsomely to get John arrested and also take the rap himself. He also told John, which may well be true, that Suffolk County took his UFO files at the time of the arrest in order to obtain information on how the forest fires on Long Island started (said to be in compliance with local politicians).
Today, John revealed for the first time publicly that when he was arrested, a Suffolk Country policeman threated to pistol whip him if he did not tell him where the Long Island UFO Network research files were located. He was very intimidating and was accompanied by two mean looking policemen. John told him where they were located and that was at the office of Steve Ivarone. A Suffolk County unmarked police car was witnessed outside Steve’s office shortly before the theft. Besides the above, John’s house was ransacked by the policement who took everything. It is now reportedly lost by Suffolk County.
At Mid-Hudson Forensic Institute, where John is currently incarcerated, he told me that his treatment team has asked him to renounce all of his claims about the Mossad and CIA and to admit that he conspired to murder John Powell. Once he does that, he can be treated and persumably released. John, of course, has refused to admit this. They have countered with the3 threat that they will keep him there until the day he dies. Not only does this appear to be gross violation of the mental health laws and a violation of human rights, it shows that someone at a State level is putting pressure on the treatment team. Mid-Hudson is a New York State facility and would not be subordinate to political pressure from Suffolk County executives who have a lot to lose if this trial goes forward and John wins his freedom. It is interesting that government officials are treating this as a big case when the two orginal main observable perpetrators of the John Ford arrest (John Powell and D.A. James Catterson are now deceased).
John’s trial has been filed for and he should have a date by the3 end of the month.
